DPA’s N-Series wireless microphone is now accessible in the United States, bringing a fully digital, true-diversity, wideband solution to a broad range of live events, houses of worship, and corporate productions. The system preserves DPA’s renowned sound quality while offering a robust, user-friendly package that simplifies operation from start to finish.
Built from the ground up as a fully digital platform, N-Series combines premium microphone preamps with cutting-edge analog-to-digital conversion to deliver pristine audio. Its true diversity setup ensures a stable, high-quality connection with zero dropouts even in challenging RF environments. For sensitive applications such as corporate or governmental use, the system also provides AES256 encryption to safeguard privacy.

Beyond the wireless receiver, the system includes bodypack and handheld transmitters and ships with DPA’s new 2024 Vocal Microphone, designed specifically for the N-Series.
The N-Series package is accompanied by the DPA Audio Controller, a software tool for remote control and monitoring on PC or Mac. The controller features a comprehensive frequency analyzer that scans the system’s full bandwidth. Thanks to dedicated wideband capabilities, N-Series units help users locate usable audio channels quickly in even the most RF-dense venues worldwide. The system operates across 470–870 MHz, offering 400 MHz of flexible, user-friendly spectrum per unit, with access limited only by local broadcast restrictions. This wideband approach supports a longer-term investment by enabling use across multiple locations and accommodating global frequency reshuffles.
DPA Microphones notes that the N-Series “delivers DPA’s well-known sound quality in a robust and easy-to-operate format” suitable for a variety of live events, houses of worship, corporate programs, and installed-system applications. Its wideband capabilities and overall flexibility make it an attractive option for live-event rental companies, while standard industry connections ensure compatibility with a range of microphones, including several DPA models.
The N-Series bodypack transmitters have rounded, ergonomic shapes and come with two connector options—LEMO 3-pin or DPA’s new MicroLock compact connector—allowing compatibility with other professional mics equipped with these interfaces.
Handheld transmitters feature the DPA SL1 thread, which has quickly become a market standard due to broad compatibility with most vocal cartridge mics. The N-Series kit supports DPA’s premium vocal mics, including the new 2024 Vocal Microphone released alongside the system, as well as the 2028 d:facto 4018V and 4018VL models.
The DPA N-Series Wireless System is now available to customers across Europe and the United States.
